Introduction
Welcome to Fren Fren ("Fren Fren," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deadalus Systems(Parent Company). Governing your access to and use of our anonymous social networking platform. By accessing or using our services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our platform. These Terms apply to all users, including without limitation those who browse content, post material, or participate in communities.
Description of Services
Fren Fren provides an anonymous social networking platform that enables users to communicate and share content without revealing their personal identity. Our services include but are not limited to: anonymous posting capabilities across multiple media formats (text, images, videos), interest-based community participation, direct anonymous messaging features, community moderation tools for appointed administrators, and optional premium features that may be offered for purchase. All services are provided on an "as-available" basis, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features at our sole discretion.
Account Registration and Security
While Fren Fren does not require personal information for basic account creation, users must establish a unique anonymous identifier to access platform features. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any authentication methods used (including but not limited to biometric verification or PIN codes) and accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. Users may maintain multiple accounts provided each account remains compliant with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be linked to malicious activity or violate our anonymity protocols.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the anonymity of themselves or others. This includes but is not limited to: sharing personally identifiable information (doxxing), attempting to reverse-engineer platform security measures, or using third-party tools to deanonymize users. Content must not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or any material that violates applicable laws. Users may not engage in spamming, phishing, or distributing malware through our platform. All interactions must adhere to community guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Platform Rights and Content Moderation
Fren Fren maintains automated systems to detect and address content violations, including but not limited to machine learning models and keyword filters. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice, and to take appropriate action against accounts engaging in prohibited activities. This may include temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action for severe violations. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, users acknowledge that Fren Fren cannot guarantee the complete prevention of objectionable content and disclaims any obligation to monitor all user activity.
Intellectual Property
All user-generated content remains the intellectual property of the creator, however by posting content on Fren Fren, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with our services. This license survives termination of your account. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights necessary to post content on our platform. Fren Fren's trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without express written permission.
Termination and Account Closure
Users may terminate their accounts at any time through the platform's settings interface. Upon termination, all user-generated content will be anonymized and disassociated from your account. Fren Fren reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts without warning for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to repeated policy infractions, security concerns, or legal obligations. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to account closure, including payment obligations for premium features.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Accra, Ghana, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Users agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fren Fren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed GHS100 USD. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modifications to Terms
Fren Fren reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and/or email to the address associated with your account, if any. Your continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to regularly review this page for updates. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
